nyc winter cabbage

NYC is constantly sprucing up the neighborhoods with flowers - tulips in the spring and hydrangeas in the summer. But they don't stop there, in the winter you will not go down a street without seeing some purple and green cabbage.This morning, I was distracted by big, fat rain drops on these pretty purple leaves... Who knew cabbage be so pretty?Even though I had a crabby morning, I'm glad I took these pretty photos!
